Unlike other companies we do not offer a "Gold, Silver or Bronze" level of cover, as we believe that all systems should have the "Gold" level of service but crucially, for a reasonable cost. That is why we offer a "no hidden extras" approach, we simply provide you with a quality service which includes things that others wouldn't.

Frequency of services...

At Howard Services we can offer a frequency of service visits to suit your individual needs, for sites with full time maintenance teams we may recommend only one annual visit however for sites that prefer no involvement, we may recommend monthly service visits.

Each individual site may have different preferences and we are here to cater for them all.

Fuel store ceaning

Fuel store cleaning can play a pivotal part of your maintenance package and can help you cover a potential H&S issue. With the build up of fine wood dust and the potential of a confined space within fuel most fuel store, fuel store can help to prevent the risk of explosion and the build up of toxic gases.

System reports & Consultancy

With the many years experience we have, we are able to offer an independant view on your system and can help to highlight any faults through a system report

We also undertake consultancy services and can guide you through the minefield of Biomass installation.

Additional training & O&M materials

We are able to provide additional training on plant for new maintenance team members or new owners, this can be simply how to empty the ash can or a full training session.

We are also able to provide O&M material or manuals for clients who have not been provided with these materials.

Minor works

With years of experience in the installation of Biomass systems, we know all about Biomass systems and so are well placed to help you with minor additions/alterations to your system.
