COVID-19 Policy UPDATE:-
In line with the recent change in Government policy on COVID-19, our engineers are continuing to work and support our clients through this difficult time.
Our staff are following our internal policy to maintain distance, wearing PPE for the duration of their works, where possible travellling in seperate vehicles and we are requesting clients do not interact with engineers (unless necessary).
We are also requesting that all clients confirm that they're not suffering from symptoms or have not had COVID-19.

A great step in our H&S Commitment...
After dealing with the National Trust for many years, they recently changed their protocol with sub-contractors, insisting on contractors being ConstructionOnline registered.
Upon hearing this, Howard Services decided that this was a great opportunity for us to continue to improve our H&S commitments. We not only decided to join but decided to take the extra effort in gaining the Silver Membership and we are thrilled to say that we have successfully completed this.

Gas Safe registration...
Once again Howard Services have joined Gas Safe, we are once again registered for commercial gas services including LPG to ensure we can maintain our clients back-up boilers and install new back-up boilers.

Another boiler replacement for Howard Services...
Howard Services have undertaken another biomass boiler replacement, this time an ETA HACK 200kw was installed replacing the old corroded boiler.
This particular client engaged Howard services to replace the boiler after his exisiting boiler rusted through. We were able to source a new boiler and replace it within a week, restoring heat quickly to the site.

We are thrilled to say that Howard Services and it's team have secured multiple new contracts to maintain various biomass systems across many different sites.
These new contracts have helped secure our future in the biomass service industry and allow us to expand further on our consultancy services. Having such a huge knowledge on the many different system types and boiler manufacturers allows us to have a unique position within the consultancy field.

Howard Services secures social housing contract for a second year
We are thrilled to have been awarded the contract to maintain thse group of 90 Biomass boilers across Devon and Cornwall.
These Warmflow boilers have needed more attention than other boilers over the years but through our continued efforts we have managed to lower the total amount of call-outs that other providers had and therefore help ROI for our clients.

Howard Services are fully certified on all Froling products..
We are really pleased to announce that we have completed another course with the manufacturer Froling, having already completed training on the Froling range we were more informed than most but this renewed training in Austria has confirmed that we are up to date with all areas of Froling including the large commercial range.
We are also pleased to announce that we are working with a leading UK distributor of Froling equipment to undertake boiler builds and commissioning on their behalf. This new relationship with Brimble Ltd. has allowed us to be at the forefront of the Froling boiler range with boiler builds, commissioning and of course maintainance.

New contract awarded to Howard Services..
We are absolutely thrilled to have been awarded the service and maintenance contract at a prestigous 17th Century Manor Estate in Somerset.
The client had tried various other contractors before being recommended to Howard Services.
We have since undertaken maintenance and serviced one of the estates boilers so far and we look forward to continuing to provide a high level of service.
